Training all abilitiies: Beginner to experienced runners and walkers!

Kick-off Event Dec 3rd, 2011 8:00am

Team trainings take place Dec 3rd through race day on Saturday's at 7am rotating as a team to train at 4 locations in the area (click link below for locations).  Weekly Thursday 6:30pm track/speed practice at Safety Harbor Middle School.  Click here to check out the Team Training Locations for specifics.

RunVie Racing Half Marathon Training Program $100 (only about $4 per team training session!)
Disney Half Marathon group training program.  You have seen us racing around town, now it's time to join a fun group of new and experienced runners and walkers with a common goal, training to compete in the Disney Princess Half Marathon.

• Run or walk training schedule (daily workout program, beginner to experienced specific training programs)
• Coached, team training sessions (Saturday morning, Thurs evening)
• Certified coaches to guide you through, team support to keep you motivated
• Dry-tech, gender specific, team jersey (free cool 2nd casual wear shirt to first 50 athletes registered)
• Informational clinics, coaching videos, and emails (learn about nutrition, stretching, speed work, race day prep, and much more)
• Water stops & refreshments at training sessions
• Race day pre- and post- event gathering

RunVie Racing Personalized coaching $85-$250
Personalized coaching is designed to help you meet your specific training goals, no matter if this is your first race or your 100th, we will design a program to meet your needs.  Perfect for beginners needing extra attention or experienced athletes looking to increase their speed.  Please contact us about personal coaching - fees vary depending on needs from $85 per session to $250 per month.

ALL TRAINING LEVELS

We will train at several locations around Tampa Bay and rotate as a team to a single location each weel including Safety Harbor Marina, Oldsmar Veterans Park, Upper Tampa Bay Trail Water Rd, and race ready courses. Track is held at the Safety Harbor Middle School track on Thursday evenings
