RunVie Racing Training Program $100
This will be the LARGEST group training for this race. Beginners to advanced plus athletes. Learn the basics or perfect your skills while relying on the support of the group to motivate you throughout training.

  • Run or walk training schedule (daily workout program to your level)
  • Weekly, coached, team training sessions (Saturday morning, Thurs evening)
  • Certified coaches to guide you through, team support to keep you motivated
  • Dry-tech, gender specific, team jersey
  • Informational clinics, coaching videos, and emails (learn about nutrition, stretching, speed work, race day prep, and much more)
  • Water stops & refreshments at training sessions
  • Race day pre- and post- event gathering
  • Team activities and other perks

ALL TRAINING LEVELS

Pick the level that fits your needs

Blush- Walk to run half marathon program. Just getting started or back to training.  Designed for new athletes who want to take on this fun endeavor.

Pink - Women who are active but maybe not running regularly.  Not overly concerned with a specific goal time, want to finish strong.

Fuchsia - Athletes with a half marathon goal of 2-2:30hr. Runners who are currently running or training each week.  "Getting in-shape" but need focus to train for a race.

Red - Active runners with a half marathon goal of less than 1:59hr.  Actively running at least 16 miles per week.

Strawberry - Advanced walk program for experienced walkers or women who want to walk the half marathon.  Can include specific goal times or complete not compete.

Rose - Beginner walk program for new athletes including Couch 2 5k.  This is not designed for the half marathon unless you participate in the base building program.

Melon - 5k walk to run, and beginner run program.  Want to complete a 5k.

Maroon - 5k run program for experienced athletes.  Want to set a PR.

Black - MEN who want to train for the 5k or half marathon - we have a specific program for your level too!

Thursday (track) & Saturday Team Training

We will train at several locations around Tampa Bay and rotate as a team to a single location each weel including Safety Harbor Marina, Oldsmar Veterans Park, Upper Tampa Bay Trail Water Rd, and St Pete race ready course. Track is held at the Safety Harbor Middle School track on Thursday evenings
